Includes level 1 quartz countertops, plumbing fixtures, tile backsplash in a simple pattern, and level 1 cabinetry for kitchen up to 14'x14'. Does not include appliances or change in layout.
Custom Kitchen Remodel
This package does allow for adjustments to cabinetry layout and appliance placement, as well as refinishing of existing wood floors. It includes Level 4 quartz countertops, high-quality plumbing fixtures, tile backsplash, and semi-custom cabinetry for a kitchen up to 14' x 14'.
Luxury Kitchen Remodel
This package includes everything from the Custom Package, plus wall removal, full layout reconfiguration, and new flooring. It features Level 5+ quartz, quartzite, or marble countertops, premium plumbing fixtures, a high-end tile backsplash, a custom range hood, and fully customized cabinetry for kitchens up to 14' x 14'.
Custom Hallway Bathroom
Includes removing the existing tub and replacing it with a tile shower, OR replacing the tub with an upgraded tub. Also includes installing a new tile floor, new vanity, new granite or quartz countertops, new plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, mirror, and a frameless shower door. Price based on standard 5'x9' bathroom. All materials can be up to level 5 price point.
Custom Master Bathroom
Includes removing the existing tub/shower and expanding the shower or adding a new acrylic tub. Also includes installing custom shower doors and adding a new tile shower, tile flooring, quartz or granite countertops, and lighting. Also includes a premium vanity, cabinetry, and plumbing fixtures. It can also include small adjustments with plumbing and electrical locations. Pricing based on up to 12x12' space. All materials can be up to level 8 price point.
Luxury Master Bathroom
Includes removing walls and changing the layout, relocating the plumbing and electrical, and removing the existing tub/shower to expand the shower or add a new solid resin, freestanding tub. Also includes adding custom shower doors, a shower seat (if desired), an inset soap niche (if desired), custom tile shower, and flooring. Includes luxury custom vanity, as well as new lighting, and quartz or granite countertops. (up to level 10) Pricing based on up to 14x14' space. All materials can be up to level 12 price point.

It features comprehensive project management, wood framing, and electrical upgrades, including switches, outlets, and lighting installed to code. Walls are insulated with fiberglass insulation and finished with new drywall. The space is completed with new doors, baseboards, door casings, fresh paint, ceiling, and trim. Level 1 carpet and pad are also included for a soft, finished feel.
The bathroom includes a durable acrylic shower with matching walls, Level 1 plumbing fixtures, a vanity with countertops, and a tile floor, ensuring a practical and stylish finish.
