Classic Kitchen Remodel
Includes Includes level 1 quartz/granite countertops, plumbing fixtures, tile backsplash in a simple pattern, and new level 1 cabinets. Does not include changing the layout, floor plan, or the location of existing appliances.
Custom Kitchen Remodel
Includes changing the cabinetry layout and the location of the appliances, as well as refinishing existing wood floors. Also includes level 2 quartz/granite countertops, plumbing fixtures, tile backsplash, and custom cabinets. Based on 12x12' kitchen.
Luxury Kitchen Remodel
Includes extra design options, removing walls, installing new appliances, and new flooring. Also includes level 5+ quartz/quartzite/marble countertops, plumbing fixtures, tile backsplash, custom hood, and fully customized cabinets.
Custom Hallway Bathroom
Includes removing the existing tub and replacing it with a tile shower, OR replacing the tub with an upgraded tub. Also includes installing a new tile floor, new vanity, new granite or quartz countertops, new plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, mirror, and a frameless shower door. Price based on standard 5'x9' bathroom. All materials can be up to level 5 price point.
Custom Master Bathroom
Includes removing the existing tub/shower and expanding the shower or adding a new acrylic tub. Also includes installing custom shower doors and adding a new tile shower, tile flooring, quartz or granite countertops, and lighting. Also includes a premium vanity, cabinetry, and plumbing fixtures. It can also include small adjustments with plumbing and electrical locations. Pricing based on up to 12x12' space. All materials can be up to level 8 price point.
Luxury Master Bathroom
Includes removing walls and changing the layout, relocating the plumbing and electrical, and removing the existing tub/shower to expand the shower or add a new solid resin, freestanding tub. Also includes adding custom shower doors, a shower seat (if desired), an inset soap niche (if desired), custom tile shower, and flooring. Includes luxury custom vanity, as well as new lighting, and quartz or granite countertops. (up to level 10) Pricing based on up to 14x14' space. All materials can be up to level 12 price point.

Also includes new doors, baseboards, door casings, new paint, ceiling, and trim. Level 1 carpet and pad are included.
The bathroom comes with an acrylic shower and walls, level 1 plumbing fixtures, vanity, countertops, and tile floor.
Average Basement Remodel

High-End Basement Remodel

You get project management, wood framing, switches, outlets and lighting to code, fiberglass wall isolation, and new drywall. Also includes new doors, baseboards, door casings, new paint, ceiling, and trim. Level 3 carpet and pad are included as well.
The wet bar comes with level 3 plumbing fixtures, cabinets, and countertop. The bathroom comes with an acrylic shower and walls, level 3 plumbing fixtures, vanity, countertops, and tile floor.

2000 sq. ft. home renovation project. Includes removing and reconfiguring one or two walls in your home. Also includes new flooring or refinishing existing wood floors, and repainting your whole home. It can include an average kitchen and bathroom remodel, with new trim and lighting configuration.
High-End Home Renovation & Addition
2000 sq. ft. home renovation and addition project. Includes full reconfiguration of the walls where necessary and a full upgrade and update for your rooms, including a high-end kitchen and bathroom remodel. Also includes building an addition.
