Includes extra design options, removing walls, installing new appliances, and new flooring. Also includes level 5+ quartz/quartzite/marble countertops, plumbing fixtures, tile backsplash, custom hood, and fully customized cabinets.
Custom Hallway Bathroom
Includes keeping the existing layout and tub, and a standard remodel with new shower tile, vanity, granite or quartz countertops, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, and mirror. Includes removing the tub and replacing it with a tile shower, changing the layout, installing a new tile floor, vanity, granite or quartz countertops, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, mirror, and a frameless shower door.
Custom Master Bathroom
Includes removing the existing tub/shower and expanding the shower or adding a new acrylic tub. Also includes installing custom shower doors and adding a new tile shower, tile flooring, quartz or granite countertops, and lighting. Also includes a premium vanity, cabinetry, and plumbing fixtures. It can include slightly moving plumbing and electrical.
Luxury Master Bathroom
Includes removing walls and changing the layout, relocating the plumbing and electrical, and removing the existing tub/shower to expand the shower or add a new acrylic tub.
