- Poured new foundation
- Converted existing garage to master suite
- Built new detached garage
- Ran new electrical service to home
- Rebuilt walls and roof

- Installed siding and stucco
- Installed new electrical, plumbing and HVAC throughout home
- Installed all new insulation
- Hung, finished and textured drywall
- Installed all new doors and trim throughout home
- Painted entire interior and exterior of home
- Remodeled kitchen, including new cabinets, countertops, plumbing fixtures, backsplash and appliances
- Remodeled master and hallway bathrooms, including custom vanities, tiled floors and walls, and new plumbing and electrical fixtures

Favorite Part
The transformation. The home was built in 1946 and definitely had a dated feel to it. But after the project was finished, the house felt amazingly modern and crisp. Be sure to look at the before pictures in the gallery!
Our Challenge
Replacing a roof and pouring a new foundation in the middle of winter is not for the faint of heart. But we pulled through 🙂
